1. What happened if the item that I ordered is out of stock?
While I endeavour to keep the quantity available for each item as up-to-date as possible, it might still happen that your order is already out-of-stock when you placed your order. When that occurs, I will offer to replace the item with another equally priced item or offer a full refund.

4. What if I don't have a PayPal account?
Paypal is just a means for you to pay me. Even without a Paypal account, you can still use it to pay through your credit card. To learn more about Paypal, click here.
5. Why is your selection so limited?
I am still relatively new when it comes to selling my creation, therefore, I prefer to start small.
6. Why do you chose to donate a portion of your sales to UNICEF?
I am very deeply disturbed by the child sex industry in various part of the world and how little is done to combat it. I am also very saddened by what's happening to the children in Uganda, among many others. I am not much of an activist so I chose to donate what I can to UNICEF and therefore help them do their work.
7. Can I chose not to donate to UNICEF and have the 5% of money back?
I am sorry but that is not possible. I chose to let you know about my UNICEF donation is because I want you, the buyer, to know what I do with part of the profit that I earned from my beaded jewelry sales.

11. What does 'Out Of Stock' means?
When an item is listed as Out Of Stock, it means that some of the components required to make it is currently out of stock. However, do check back in a week or so to see if the item is back in stock. Alternatively, you can also send me an email to inquire about it.
12. What does 'Sold Out' or 'Sold' mean?
This means that the item is sold out and never to be restocked. Sorry about that. However, you can email me if you really loved the design of a particular piece. Maybe I can recreate that using a different bead.
